This traditional, flat noodle is typically used for ashe-reshteh, a wholesome, Persian soup made with a hearty blend of beans, grains, vegetables, and herbs.
Ingredients: Enriched flour, wheat flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid and Enzymes, Water, Salt, preserved with less than 1% of 1/10 sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate.
